Hi I’m Liz and I joined the Starex family in February as a customer service representative, following years’ spent running and owning my own business in the travel industry.

My role at Starex is primarily working with our customers, colleagues and suppliers to help create seamless processes from ordering, through to dispatch of our bespoke product range and custom pieces. As a team, we work well together and enjoy our time with an aim to have clients become raving fans, wanting them to come back for more!

For me, working with Starex allows a good work life balance, as I have a 10-year-old and live in the beautiful Mt Maunganui.  The company philosophy and values are in-line with mine and it’s a pleasure to work here.
