Why did you choose Starex for your furniture?

We chose Starex for our furniture at Blossom and Bloom because of my previous experience using starex products in my first centre. I had already seen the quality, durability, and overall beauty of their furniture in practice, which gave me confidence in choosing them again. Starex furniture is well designed for early childhood environments, with a strong focus on safety, functionality, and child accessibility. I was also drawn to the natural aesthetic, which aligns with our philosophy at Blossom and Bloom of creating a calm, warm, and inviting space that supports exploration and play.

How have you found the final result of your furniture, now it is in your centre?

Now that the furniture is in place at Blossom and Bloom, we are over the moon with the result, we have had a huge amount of positive feedback from families and teachers. The space feels open, calm, beautiful and intentionally set up. The furniture has already helped to define different areas within the environment and supports a natural flow for children’s movement and play. Its child-friendly design encourages independence, allowing tamariki to navigate the space with ease. Visually, the natural tones and quality finish have created a beautiful, welcoming environment that reflects the values of our centre.
