THE MATERIALS WE USE
The premium board we use for all our furniture. 100% sustainable through chain of custody system. This chosen board also utilises bio based glue and features an Environmental Product Declaration.
Our premium hinges on our units are the same as used in high-end kitchens!
All parts and components are purpose-made for a premium quality finish and the early childhood industry.

We manufacture every piece of furniture in-house. Ensuring 100% quality, each and every time - we only sell what we make ourselves.

We use a rebate bond & fix technique - ensuring optimal strength - this is why our furniture comes fully assembled!

Our mission is to create the best quality furniture that will last for generations and avoid being thrown in the skip after 3-5 years. All of these aspects we've shown is how we work and make decisions to achieve this goal - this is our sustainability story.

The final result is better than we could have imagined! The Starex team worked extremely hard with our vision and created pieces of furniture that work in a large open studio like room with no division walls. The design team were amazing with taking on our ideas and transforming them into wonderful pieces of furniture to create a truly magical space for the Children.
We chose Starex to create a neutral and calming palette for the young children in our care. The quality of the furniture items is unmatched.
The uniqueness of the pieces and the quality is why I will continue to use Starex. I don’t want my furniture or centres to look the same as every other new centre in Australia. I look forward to inspiring a love of learning with Starex and beautiful furniture pieces.
